Our in-house design build process turns the brief into drawings a crew can price and build. Handling design and construction together keeps the cost and the detail honest from the start.

We help you plan for the municipal requirements and secure the permits the project needs. Getting this right early is what keeps a build from stalling later.

Access, clearing, cut and fill and the service runs all come before anything is poured. On a hillside lot this is where most of the engineering effort goes.

Footings and slabs are set out and poured to the structural design for that particular site. Proper foundations are the part of a Caribbean build you cannot go back and fix.

Reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs go up, then the roof closes the building in. The structure is specified for coastal exposure and hurricane loading.

Conduit, wiring, water and drainage are run before the walls are closed up. The systems are chosen for Caribbean conditions rather than transplanted from the mainland.

Tile, cabinetry, joinery, fixtures and paint bring the rooms to the standard you signed off. Many of our team have been with us for well over a decade, and this is where that shows.

We clean up, walk the finished house with you and hand over the keys and the documentation. We stay reachable afterwards for the snags that only turn up once you are living in it.
